Ladies' Haircuts
The therapist did not arrive at the salon until after my appointment was due to start and didn’t apologise. The wax had not been turned on so I had to wait while it heated up, during which time the therapists did not chat to me or offer a drink etc. Because it was not hot enough during my treatment, the wax kept getting stuck to my legs. There is still hair on my knees. My legs were covered in wax when I got home and I had to scrub it all off in the shower. I won’t be returning to Noor.
