Quite a basic salon & didn't have quite the right chair for the services I got but they were friendly & the treatments were good

This is quite simply the worst experience I've ever had at a hairdresser - please I urge you not to have your hair done here. I went in wanting a natural balayage as described on the website, and left with what can only be described as thick chunky tiger stripes unevenly distributed across my head. I wish I could attach photographs as I took PLENTY, shared them round with some friends I have who are hairdressers and they were appalled. No refund or admittance of error was made by the salon.
