I happened upon Noor Hair & Beauty Salon by chance. From outside it is very simple, but inside you are greeted with the loveliest people. Safe to say it’s been the most relaxing and comfortable haircut experience ever. They washed my hair with such care and even threw in a head massage. They gave me great consultation, offered practical suggestions based on my hair health and condition, and listened to what I wanted. Super happy with the results and will come back again!
