I hate leaving negative reviews, especially when the person was nice, but I feel like this is necessary. I genuinely do not think the person who cut my hair is trained in the slightest. I had to point out at least 4x that the sides of my hair were not even, including the bangs, where she left one side longer as I preferred it, but she’s already cut the other side shorter. I felt like my hair was being hacked and it was an incredibly stressful experience - spend that extra £10 something better.

I booked a semi permanent root dye and it ended up turning orange the week after and the cut was extremely uneven.. they said they would fix it but when I arrived realised they had dyed my hair with permanent dye instead. i have never used dye like this and now it’s going to cost 200£ to get it fixed. I paid 70£ and they would only refund me 40£ after i was visibly upset but were rude. would not recommend here
