I got exactly what I came for, the stylist understood me well (trim all split ends and shorten hair around face - kind of curtain bangs), then also gave me a choice of wavy or straight blow dry. Despite sharing space with a nail salon, there was no strong smells, atmosphere was friendly and the service was definitely worth the price! I will definitely come back for another trim when I need it.
