Absolutely terrible experience on my birthday. The appointment started late and was rushed to squeeze in the next client. The salon was disgustingly dirty: no hygiene standards, no clean towels, no disposable face towels, hair everywhere, and I was even handed a dirty blanket that was clearly reused. No one checked for allergies before starting and I ended up having an allergic reaction!!! I also paid for Dermalogica products, yet there were not provided. Therapist kept leaving on her phone.
