Charlie was absolutely lovely. I had never met him before and he was really sweet, u intrusive, calm. Did a great job of washing my hair and I Loved my blow dry!

I had a lovely experience at NIORouge. Went in Friday for a difficult blend/baylayge with Kayla (graduate student) and she got it 80% there with what I was looking for, then Marishka did a great job touching it up and going the extra mile to get it all blended for me. Both stylists were patient and friendly :)

I’ve been to the other NoiRouge salon in Haymarket and I’ve always loved the results but I didn’t have a great experience at the Dundas salon.
There was hair (not mine) on the ground at my feet and on the bench in front of me which seemed quite unsanitary to me.
The stylist I had had just graduated so I was fine with it taking a bit longer as she’s still learning but it was so awkward as she didn’t say a word to me other than what was necessary.
