I'm not sure if my stylist Kayla was having an off day, but I didn't find her to be warm or friendly & felt uncomfortable throughout. My cut & colour was average,not the standard I'd expect from noirouge, and my hair has felt in bad condition since.

Lucy has never given me a haircut I didn’t absolutely love. Really friendly and I think she knows what I want even more than I do!
