Differently than last time, I was not satisfied of my treatments this time. Despite coming with picture of the cut and balayage colour I would have like to have, I came out with something completely different that did not satisfy me and lacking in attention in understanding my requests.The general cut is fine but little attention has been put on the fringe and I have not been asked about the finishing style that I would have liked. Asked to pay £10 more without being mentioned to me before.
