I normally go to Sarah (who is amazing and knows exactly what I want every time) but she wasn’t available the week I needed an appointment so I booked in with Louise instead and she definitely did not disappoint! We stuck pretty close to what I usually get but lighten it up a little and I’m in love with the colour and cut. She took so long making sure it was exactly what I wanted and was so thorough all round, & very patient with me since I was so used to someone else! Highly recommend
