I’m really happy with the way my nails look but they postponed my appointment of an hour without anyone letting me know and they still took my 50 mins late so I almost lost 2hrs of my day.

The woman hurt me throughout the whole experience, poking her nails into the side of my nails and the filing of the nails was harsh and hurt a lot. Didn’t understand the brief and didn’t seem like they could understand. Wouldn’t go back.
