Noir are not managing their Treatwell diary, which meant they had no idea that I had booked an appointment and were not expecting me on arrival. Because of this, I had to wait about an hour before being seen and there was no apology. The artwork was so poor that I had to get it redone the following day. I think the picture speak for themselves. I will not be returning and would not recommend this salon to anyone.

Very polite, however, there has been an issue with appointment times every time I have been. Today my appointment was 40 minutes late, luckily I didn't have any other plans. I chose a French manicure in Neon green. I love the colour, however it wasn't until leaving I can see that where the gel application was really rushed at the end (due to a walk in appointment) that the colour is very streaky and can still see patches of my previous red gel polish on the free edge of some nails.
