I have been twice now and both times they have clipped my skin when cutting my cuticles. On my most recent trip, the lady working on my nails saw I was bleeding and didn’t even apologise. Also both times I found there were air bubbles on the nails so it didn’t have a polished look. However, the staff were very friendly and my nails did last well.
