Nails were fine however i waited an hour for my slot even though i pre-booked and pre-paid for my appointment. Another girl who was there before got seen at the same time and therefore waited over an hour for her appointment and another girl left as she had waited too long and would miss a doctors appointment. So if you book, i’d do it on a day where you aren’t very busy. Staff were lovely however time was badly managed.

My friend and I booked but be aware that even if you book, you just seem to join a queue as you walk in and everyone is dealt with in order of arrival. My nail tech swapped halfway through which was a bit weird but I’m really happy with the end result. The attention to detail was excellent. The shape of my nails and the finish on the polish is perfect.

The staff were friendly and took the time and effort to ensure the finish after cleaning up and infilling the existing nails was perfect and then the final polish was mirror smooth.
