There wasn't enough staff, so my technician changed 3/4 times. Most of my appointment I sat with my nails soaking in acetone because it was so busy - which I'm sure can't be good for you (I'm talking half an hour). The whole appointment took nearly 2 hours, and cost £70 for Biab removal and replace. My nails were great - but the service was not amazing. Hire more people, or don't take on too many appointments.

My Pham was amazing. My skin is getting very tight now, and she took care of it and cleansed my face like a pro. She was also really sweet and caring. I couldn’t recommend her more.

What’s the point in booking if this is the case.
