I’ve been getting Biab for 3+ years & this was by far my worst experience. The end product was fine but everything leading up to it was awful. I had 2 technicians, the 1st removed my Biab without communicating why despite the fact I was booked for an infill.The 2nd ignored the shape I wanted & cut my nails too short. The Biab itself was the most painful version I’ve ever had on my nails & can only imagine it’s of very poor quality. Then tried to charge me extra for the removal I never wanted.
