The apppointment was delayed and therapist literally grabbed my hair to adjust the seating. Could have just asked me to move. Unprofessional behaviour. I would not visit again.

Have no respect for time and reservations. Took almost a half hour before they started on my nails. Have a hand condition and can tell they were talking about it in their native tongue which felt rude. Nails were okay, but don’t think will be visiting again.
