The first person who did the buffing and BIAB was pretty rude at times - made me feel guilty for leaving my BIABS on for just a few few days too long (I normally leave them 4 weeks and they’retotally fine). The BIAB itself was also really painful; I felt like my fingers were burning off. She was also just heavy handed in general. The secondwoman who did the gels was much nicer. But overall I just felt uncomfortable. My usual salon is so welcoming and friendly and this was hugely different.
