Heidi was, as always, brilliant during my last salon visit. It was the first time since I have been seeing Heidi where I didn't end up with quite what I wanted, but Heidi sorted it out immediately without making any fuss or excuses. The number of times previous hairdressers have tried to justify their choices/actions when I have been unhappy in the past, but Heidi just got on with rectifying everything and made me feel really comfortable and not a pain in the behind (like I was feeling!).
