Heidi was absolutely amazing! I had previously box-dyed my hair and was concerned that this would affect the overall look. Heidi managed to lighten my hair without it being extremely damaging (also a concern). You can see her passion through her work, recommending products that I can use to prolong hair colour and healthiness. I loved the final result and I am definitely returning to Heidi.
