My first time seeing Heidi and I was a little nervous having previous bad experiences changing hair dresser and this being my first haircut after lockdown. She kept me at ease and talked me through the whole process. I was so impressed at how skilled she was at thinning my ends and meticulously checking my layers and feathers were the perfect length. She’s so lovely in general and will be going back to her! :)
