Heidi took excellent care of me and I’m delighted with the result. My hair was in terrible condition (years of bleach) and both she and Luc spent lots of time helping and advising me on best options for repair, colour and style prior to me booking in for balayage (which I loved) and then later on extensions (which I also love). I really appreciate the time and attention they gave me, explaining the process, what would be achievable and just generally boosting my confidence. Thank you both
