the salon is calm and relaxing, the seats are comfy. I showed Heidi a few pictures of what i would like and she discussed them and actually decided on the perfect choice. She gave me her full attention. She did not tug at my hair and gave me a very relaxing head massage while rinsing my hair. The colour is elegant and she styled it so well that i have not had to wash or style it myself 2 days on. I have already booked my next appointment. Heidi is a gem in South Ealing
