I had the back facial which was very relaxing and very good. However, the therapist finished 10 minutes early which meant I only got a 40 minute treatment. I did of course ask her about this but she said we started 10 minutes early which I know wasn’t true. So in short a lovely treatment with a great therapist but I didn’t get the full time so felt a bit shortchanged.
