Booked for a haircut on Treatwell which I received confirmation for. Fortunately I chose to pay at the venue because when I got there for my 11am appointment they were closed. Tried to call the mobile phone number on the door, automated message said I’ve dialled an incorrect number. Landline was ringing but just went to answerphone of course as no one was there. Really disappointed with this as it is the only day off work I had in a while and wasted my morning. No communication at all.

Mel is a fantastic hairdresser, went to The Booty Shed having visited another salon and left really unhappy. Mel fixed my hair Thankyou so much. Will definitely return.
Just got back from having a cut and blow dry. My hair was in an awful state so I was embarrased, but the hairdresser made me feel comfortable and did an amazing job...I feel like a million dollars. excellent service in a lovely salon. I feel like I have new hair!!! Thank you so much!
