I booked an appointment on this website about a week before the appointment was due. I had confirmation of the appointment. I walk to the salon to find that they have no details of the booking through and they were using a paper diary. The receptionist could not use the computer diary. I ended up not being able to have my treatment as the beautician was not working! Had to walk home again. Booked elsewhere on the walk home.
