Great experience, Tom did a good job cleaning up a neglected beard (long holiday abroad).
Great conversation and often paused to make sure he was meeting expectations in relation to the outcome I wanted.
For a foreigner walking into a new barber everything exceeded expectations and Tom quickly calmed my nerves of a 'stranger' tackling my beard.
