Leg waxing service was good. However the bikini waxing was not so great. Felt the lady was not that experienced and as a result was painful compared to other times I have done this. I guess it depends on who you get, last time I had a really good lady at the same place that did it quickly and did not hurt at all.
The 10minute back massage was not a massage to be fair. Think they need a specialist rather than a generalist for this. It was only for 10mins not much of a issue.
Lady at the front was very nice, warm And welcoming. I would go again but hopefully with a more experienced beauty therapist.
