Very cute spa on Chiswick High St. However, I had a 5;45 appt, and had to wait quite a bit. There were 5 other girls waiting for an eyebrow thread with only 15 min until closing. I felt rushed and it ended up not being that great. There were also a dog and a cat walking around the spa. Take it as you like.

ok. salon is nice. recently changed name. owner is lovely and friendly. treatmemt was just ok. threading wasnt very thorough. eye lash tinting dyed my eyes where she didnt put barrier cream on. Girl was sweet but didnt come across as very experienced.

This is my favourite beauty salon in the whole of London! And trust me I have been to a lot! From the moment you walk in you feel relaxed, all the staff are amazing, every single one will make time and effort to stop and chat to you, even if they are busy! (Not to mention the massive pile of sweets customers are greeted to as they walk in) It’s such a welcoming salon, with a lovely relaxing atmosphere, and I always feel completely at home when I visit. The salon itself is amazing, not only does it look fab, its completely air conditioned throughout, which if you are going in for a sunbed is the best! And spotlessly clean! They do pretty much any beauty treatment you can think of from nails to cellulite treatments! And they also have amazing hair stylists, whether you just want a blo dry for a night out or a whole new look, you will not leave here without feeling pampered I promise!
