Hardeep did a great job on my Hollywood wax. I was really comfortable and pretty hygiene as well. My only issue was true to its name it was like being in a tropical city, it was way to warm for my liking but again they switched on the fan for me 😀

The wax was more painful than i have experienced at other salons and I wasn't given any privacy getting undressed or redressed (the beautician barged in as I was undressing and didn't leave when I needed to get dressed again - which was a little odd). The manager nearly over charged me and I had to clarify three times who I was and which treatments I received so that I wasn't over charged - perhaps she was just preoccupied. Good value for money but overall the experience and service was average.
