Very efficient and professional. Although had to wait 20 minutes. Love the overall vibe of the salon tho - they have 2 very sweet dogs and a cat chilling around the reception area.

I made an appointment on Treatwell on Sunday morning for the same day! First and foremost for me, that’s win getting a same day appointment. Knowing this spa does lycon immediately made my expectations rise. Luckily I was not disappointed; I was seen by Suzanna, a young polish beauty therapist who has only been at the salon for 2 months and she did a spectacular job. She was incredibly professional and thorough. Did I mention she was thorough?! And also very efficient. This is my first treatment here and I hope the others meet the same expectation. I will probably only visit for waxing and highly recommend biking with Suzanna if you want a good lycon waxer. Thank goodness this place is so close to home! One little peeve is they don’t accept card payments but paying by cash means treatments are suuuuper affordable. I liked that the place was keen, I’m an animal lover(so I didn’t mind this at all) but I’m not sure people will appreciate the white German shepherd and cat in the spa (both sitting doing nothing and uninterested) but nonetheless if you have a problem with animals, there’s that. Sorry to see the bad reviews but maybe I got lucky with the therapist I had. She’s got 10 years experience and I hope they treat her well so she sticks around!!! I will be back.

Lovely place and staff, however the service itself wasn't that perfect. Went for a waxing and left with some very visible hair, had to finish it off myself at home.
