I wouldn't normally leave a review, but this was by far and away the worst facial I've ever had. There wasn't any background music, the lights were on, and the 'facial' can only be described as having cream rubbed into my face, wiped off with a rough sponge, and repeated. No massaging of my face, head, shoulders and at one point she put a mask on and left for 20 minutes without saying a word. Unbelievable.
