Been coming here for over 5 years, and continue to do so despite moving out of the area. Everything handled with comfort and efficiency (which when dealing with waxing is always appreciated). Small things like asking about wax temperature, being flexible with times and procedures in a setting that is colourful and warm with really chill pets roaming around. Recommended for an experience that isn’t impersonal and sterile like so many London services.

SouthBeach is my go-to salon for waxing. The decor and staff make you feel very comfortable and welcome every time, and the rooms in which the waxes are done are clean and pleasant. The wax itself was so painless and quick, and the beautician was checking on me often to make sure I was alright with everything. On the occasion that I arrived early for my Hollywood wax, they gave me an eyebrow threading in the meantime! As far as the price goes, they can’t be beaten. So many places in Chiswick charge £25+ for a wax to take advantage of the area, but SouthBeach is much more affordable for a much more comfortable experience. Also, when I enquired about facial treatments, the lady at the front desk very explanatory and so I’m going to book myself in as a Christmas present to myself!

One of the most painless waxes I’ve ever had! Really quick and she used lycon hot wax which I think always gives great results. Salon was really clean and organised too so felt very comfortable throughout my visit!
I had to reschedule my appointment last minute and the salon was extremely accommodating which was lovely!
Also they charged my phone for me while I was in my appointment!!
And if it couldn’t get any better - they had two absolutely beautiful dogs by the reception who were so docile and friendly!
Would 100% go back here!!
