Another brilliant wax. But unfortunately it's the 4th time this salon has been running very late. There were two ladies working and far too many clients at once. Had to pay extra to extend my parking, and was late for work. Not the first time that's happened! And not the fault of the beauticians. They take too many clients at once

I'm a regular here. Sandi and Harri are brilliant. Very efficient and clearly hard working. I worry that they're very overworked (it's obvious). I hope they are appreciated by management.
