Really nice experience. Everyone there was lovely and friendly and my wax treatment was quick and efficient and the therapist made me feel relaxed and at ease. the decor is also very nice and I love the resident cat.

I’d like to start on a positive and say the staff and the vibe in there was great! Very smooth service. Now the bit I’m slightly gutted about, it was my first time getting any waxing done and it actually took me more than you possible know to be in a room with my shirt off in the first place. I have high levels of anxiety about my body hair and I’m super embarrassed by it. It’s why I haven’t been swimming in over 15 years and I can’t even get changed in front of my girlfriend of 7.5 years sometimes. Maybe it sounds pathetic but that’s just how it is. So, I’m on holiday and wanted to be part if the pool party and walk around feeling confident for once, I can’t do that because I have huge bright red rashes all over my shoulder and my back. I look even worse and I have to just sit with a t-shirt in making excuses. It’s ruined a rare holiday for me. I did explain I have sensitive skin and wanted reassurance about it. I was told it would be fine, but it’s not.
