the staff were lovely, but I mentioned at the start how sensitive my skin is. it's not normally an issue as I'm used to regular waxing, but there was lots of skin-pulling and I've come away bruised, with raw follicles, plus wax left all over me. I'm really disappointed as the staff were so nice and inviting, but now I have to cover my legs for a week at least. makes the whole thing sadly pointless and a waste of money...

My beautician gave me a beautiful natural shape for my brows and the bikini wax was surprisingly not that painful. They use an organic hard wax. I highly recommend it!
