Really happy with the experience. The wax was done well and was surprisingly less painful than other waxes I've received. There was also no post-treatment irritation or redness which was really pleasant. The only reason I dropped a star was that it did take a little longer than I'm used to - almost 25 minutes - but then, maybe that's why I was so comfortable! Very satisfied customer and hope to return again in the future.
