I have been here many times for a Hollywood was. This time I had a new lady who didn’t clean the area first and at some points pressed down on my skin quite hard which was a little bit too much. Afterwards I realised there were still some small areas of hair remaining - not too bad but previously had been been perfect with other ladies. Will make sure to book with the others next time
