Booked in for a specific beautician. Both are good, it’s just a personal preference thing. You know how women can be..
Said I’d prefer to wait but conversation continued and I felt a little pressured to go with the other beautician to save wait times for the salon.
Felt uncomfortable and was too polite to insist further. If a client is happy to wait then let that be.

Really lovely manager, apologised profusely that my beauty therapist was 5mins late (first appointment on a bank holiday with lots of tube disruption) and offered me a free treatment of my choice. Really great wax and threading

Best hot wax ever! I’ve been to a number of different places but this is the best by far. Not a single hair was left unlike other waxes I’ve had. Harry was very professional and friendly. Will definitely be returning here and recommending to friends!
