The upper lip threading was okay, however I did not appreciate that she did threading on one of my moles on my face, which is dangerous and can cause long term problems. Bikini waxing experience was not enjoyable at all to say the least. The person doing it was not gentle and the way she went about it (not the vaxing per se) caused me pain. Also no need to rub the oil in all over at the end as it can make you feel pretty uncomfortable.

I've always been happy with the service and experience here, all the team are so lovely and welcoming, unfortunately, this time my request regarding waxing was either misheard or ignored and resulted in something I didn't want, nor could be corrected. I will return, but be clearer and firm with what I want before they start.
