I have been here many times for a Hollywood was. This time I had a new lady who didn’t clean the area first and at some points pressed down on my skin quite hard which was a little bit too much. Afterwards I realised there were still some small areas of hair remaining - not too bad but previously had been been perfect with other ladies. Will make sure to book with the others next time

Sandi looked after my Hollywood wax. She was thorough and incredibly quick. I came in 15mins early for my appointment and Sam was so accommodating. Will definitely go back. It was great value for money.
