Staff are very polite and welcoming! Wax was done quickly and the lady was always checking to make sure I was okay, which was very refreshing!

Booked in for a specific beautician. Both are good, it’s just a personal preference thing. You know how women can be..
Said I’d prefer to wait but conversation continued and I felt a little pressured to go with the other beautician to save wait times for the salon.
Felt uncomfortable and was too polite to insist further. If a client is happy to wait then let that be.
