Only reason I’ve given it a low rating is because it felt very rushed. I explained to the lady I’ve only had it done once or twice before, but was clear she was trying to stick to the booking time rather than give me a good experience. She even left me with wax still on my skin that I had to take off when I got home. The slot is only 15 minutes and not enough time to do a careful job

The ambience was really nice and they called me in right on time even though they said they were running a little late. My beautician was not extremely friendly or talkative but she did have a sore throat so it's understandable. The wax was really quick but well done.
