Welcoming and reassuring staff, who gave me all the information I needed. I noticed a few patches of hair still there, but that may have been because it was my first time and I was used to shaving. Apart from the pain of the wax itself, there was no discomfort or redness after, ill definitely go back!

Only reason I’ve given it a low rating is because it felt very rushed. I explained to the lady I’ve only had it done once or twice before, but was clear she was trying to stick to the booking time rather than give me a good experience. She even left me with wax still on my skin that I had to take off when I got home. The slot is only 15 minutes and not enough time to do a careful job
