I am happy with the waxing, Sandi did a good job, but it was very hot in the room. Also my appointment was rescheduled with a very short notice and I had to wait 40 min.

As always I get a warm reception when going to SouthBeach. Very professional, welcoming and clean.
The manager is always accommodating aswell as Sandi when doing my waxing.
She always asks if the temperature is right and makes sure I'm comfortable, she takes care in what she does and I'm always happy with the results of my treatment
