Always outstanding! I booked through the app on Monday evening and I checked the notification this morning and went to work. Left early and walked all the way there, super quickly because I didn’t want to be late… and when I got there I realised my appointment was postponed of an hour. The lady at the reception was super nice and Sandi was on her break but She took me in. I should have checked my email! Wax pain free and quick! Sandi is amazing!

Overall good experience, Sandi was really lovely, however I noticed quite a few hairs had been missed once I got home which is a shame,overall the experience was good just do a quick scan for hairs afterwards if you plan on getting one.

Shellac removal was great but my eyebrows have been over threaded (wasn’t asked what shape I wanted or shown what they looked like before I left the salon so didn’t realise until I got home. One brow is very thin) and there’s still hair on my upper lip. Therapist was lovely but rushing from appointment to appointment.
