Sandi is a great therapist and did a great wax, fast and without pain! The part where this salon scores low for me is the lady at the reception and her care and time planning. If you have a tight schedule, don't go here. At arrival she mentioned there was a few minutes delay. I asked if I could pop out for a quick coffee, but that was not possible, I should sit down as it only was a few minutes. I had to wait 32 minutes, no one even offered me a drink or explanation, besides 'a few more min'.
