When I came, the shop was really neat, just a few stuffs on places I did not expect, that is why it is 4 because few parts are a bit messy but it is fine because they seem a bit busy to tidy it after using. For the treatment, my hair really looks gorgeous as Claudia really knows what she is doing because she asked me how I like my hair blow dried and if its for party, unlike other shops I tried before, they did not ask and just assumed to have my hair straight, but I really like it wavy and styled
