I was left with dye on my roots for about 1.5 hours while normally you don't leave it for that long. As a result skin of my head became very dry and skin started flaking out of my sculp significantly. I didn't have this problem before.
After Balayage my roots look very different to the rest of my head. While my roots are of a warm brown colour (even closer to red), the rest of my head looks grey due to the ash toner applied

The services are good but I find it problematic that some employees and some clients were not wearing masks although it is a closed venue. I was a bit stressed bc of that.
