This was my first visit to a London salon and I was a bit scared it would be a bit of a fail, but I was positively surprised. Alex was amazing, he looked at my hair BEFORE washing to check the shape (something no hairdresser has ever done before and that I think is super important to do) and gave some advice on how to achieve what I wanted. He gave me a super elegant and subtle layered look (my hair was a mane post-Covid) without taking much length. Plus he was super nice!
